Sudden demise of comedian actor Anton Jude
Popular tele-drama, film and stage Actor, Anton Jude had passed away last night following a heart attack. He had returned home,very tired after shooting of a Tele drama from kandy.
he had been admitted to the Ragama Teaching Hospital late evening following a heart attack and had died late last night at the hospital.
He was only 50 years old at the time of his sudden demise.
He had portrayed many roles, mainly comedian roles in films, Tele drama’s and in stage plays. Whatever role he portrayed was acclaimed and hailed by the viewers.
He portrayed many vital roles. But the role in“Aish Amma Gundu” was one role that comes to everyone’s mind. Then he displayed his skills in “Sabanda Publis” and “Saki Sanda Elias” and “Tele-dramas, where he displayed unforgettable roles.
He acted in “Sir Last chance”,”Ali Surathal”,Rosa kelle”,”Walapatala” “Uttara”,’Magodi Godai”,”Nilambarai”,”BahuBoothayo”,”Sikura Hathe”and “Ethumai Methumai” are the more famous films where his contributions in acting were enormous. Late Anton Jude was also a talented singer and had excelled in his singing talents and had sung many popular songs, mainly what he had sung in stage plays.
