VIVA MALT SUITABLE OR NOT?

Viva malt drink is sued

A court case has been filed at Anuradhapura Magistrate courts against “Viva Malt” which has gained popularity in the market, after through confirmation had come to conclusive evidence that it is not a suitable drink, health wise.

Prageeth Jayathilaka, the Public Health Inspector, Mihintale has made this complaint stating that there is not a constituent contained called “Power Booster” in food science or anywhere else in other consumer products and that selling it to the market is a irregular exercise and it is a thing that there is no conclusive evidence and it is difficult to come to a correct conclusion whether it gives anything good or bad to the consumers. 

 In order to hear case, the company named “Smith Kline Bickan” has been summoned to courts. But yet no one has turned up. Therefore the Additional Magistrate at Anuradhapura Magistrate Courts had decided to send warrants against the Director Board of the company.
