BROTHEL HOUSE ‘RANSALU” RAIDED AT BAMBALAPITIYA

The touch of young beautiful girls given at ‘Ransalu’ at Bambalapitiya also raided.

Raiding of brothel houses in Colombo is now been made without any stoppage. The Herbal Massage Treatment Centre, popular ‘Ransalu’ which was running for some time was raided by the Police last Friday. This was located by the sea side at No 18 Janaki Lane, Bambalapitiya.  It is learnt that this Massage Centre had deployed the services of an Ayurvedic Physician and beautiful young girls between the ages of 18--22. It is heard that these girls have been found from faraway places like Chilaw, Anamaduwa, Moneragala and Nuwara- Eliya areas.
The charges for a proper massage is Rs 1000/-It the client was interested in sex he had to pay an additional Rs 4000/-This popular place was patronised by well known politicians, persons holding high positions in society and even youngsters. It had run smoothly for a period of about 1 ½ years. It was made public that it was owned and run by a powerful politician. Although there had been complaints Police was reluctant to raid this herbal centre was known to have links with a politician.
On DIG Anura Senanayake’s orders the Colombo North’s police raiding unit had entered the place and taken into custody the owner, a native of Kadawatha, along with his assistant along with 8 girls. All 10 of them were produced before the Huftsdorp courts. Further investigations in this regard are in progress.
