A DEVIL'S TERRYFYING ACTIVITIES HAS FORCED VILLAGER’S IN KUMBUKA TO FLEE FROM THEIR DWELLING HOUSES
In the KumbuKa village in Moneragala a terrific fear from a Devil has forced the residents to flee from their dwelling houses through fear. It has been made to understand a dead person is emerging in these terrifying activities in the form of a devil. It is learnt that the devil gets inside the bodies of the villages making them to scream by trying to cut their necks and swallow their blood. There had been 11 villagers who had been subjected to this trauma.
It had started at a residence of a person who had died of leukaemia after the 7th day Almsgiving. Initially one person in this house had been subjected to this fear and agony, subsequently it had spread to the others and later to the neighbouring villagers. What happens first is that they are put in to a ‘Trans’ and had to be held tightly until they regained consciousness. The usual practice in a villager in such instances to eliminate this type of fears is to have all night traditional ‘thovils’.
Reputed psychiatrists have termed this condition as ‘Mashisteria’ and had advised to obtain western treatment from government hospitals.
The Swarnavahini video below elaborates it further.
