The Colombo Magistrate's Court today (04) ordered the remand of Venerable Galagodaaththe Gnanasara Thero, General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena organization, who was arrested despite a warrant being issued, until tomorrow (05).
This order was announced after he, who was arrested by a team of officers from the Colombo Crimes Division, was produced before the court today.
Furthermore, the Magistrate has further ordered the relevant authorities to take necessary steps to produce Gnanasara Thero, who was remanded, before the Court of Appeal tomorrow.
