It has been reported to the court that 45-year-old Dr. Hannah Cain, a physician who treated members of the British Royal Family (especially for Queen Camilla's ailments), was murdered at her home. Her husband has been accused of strangling and assaulting her to death during a children's sleepover party.

Last Sunday at around 2:25 AM, the ambulance service informed the police that a 45-year-old man had been stabbed during a reported robbery at a house in the village of Dersingham, Norfolk. However, Dr. Hannah Cain's body was found that morning in an upstairs bedroom of the same house, not breathing and unconscious. Preliminary post-mortem reports indicate that her death was caused by a blunt force trauma to her head and strangulation.

Government prosecutor Jacqui Hanlon stated in court that children were also present in the house at the time of the crime. In connection with this incident, the doctor's 45-year-old husband, Mark Cain, was brought before the Norwich Magistrates' Court on murder charges.

During the five-minute hearing, he, dressed in black, emotionlessly confirmed only his name, and District Judge Matthew Bone remanded him in custody, ordering him to be presented before the King's Lynn Crown Court today. The doctor, professionally known as Dr. Hannah Terry, had treated members of the Royal Family, including Queen Camilla, and had also worked at a cosmetic medical institution in Thornham. It is stated that the King and Queen have also been informed of her unfortunate death. Due to her demise, her clinic in Grimston was closed on Monday and Tuesday, and her family members and locals have expressed their profound sorrow, remembering her as a very kind, loving mother, and a good doctor.
