The video of the businesswoman who distributed iPhone 18s to her employees is stirring up the internet.

A video of a businesswoman in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) gifting the latest iPhone 18 mobile phones to a group of employees at her company is currently circulating rapidly across the internet. Haseena Nishad, the Managing Director of World Star Holding, presented these gifts, and she told the Khaleej Times newspaper that keeping employees happy is a primary objective of her company.

She further emphasized that employees are the strength of the company, and without them, no growth can be achieved.

This company, which provides human resources services, is managed by Haseena and her husband, Nishad Hussain, the company's chairman. Recently, a video of Nishad distributing several gift parcels to his employees gained publicity, with half of the parcels containing iPhone 18 phones and the other half containing large chocolates. However, the employees who received chocolates did not express any disappointment, and Haseena later gave them the latest phones, stating that the previously given chocolate parcel was merely a joke.

These special gifts were awarded to 12 employees who demonstrated the highest performance within the company.

This is not the first time employees have been recognized in this manner; last year, they also provided iPhones to their best employees. Furthermore, for International Labor Day in 2024, 16 employees were given special privileges such as stays in five-star hotels, luxury cars with drivers, and yacht parties, and in 2023, a special movie screening was organized. Haseena further states that such initiatives have helped retain talented employees long-term within the company, and the majority of her employees have been with the company for more than five years.
