Epstein knew about the mistakes in my married life - Bill Gates says

Mr. Gates stated that Epstein was aware of shortcomings in his marriage and other personal information, and that Epstein attempted to use this information to draw him into some kind of an unwanted relationship.

Mr. Gates states that his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein was very limited, and that he took steps to completely end that friendship, which began in 2011, by 2014. He emphasized that although he initially believed Epstein's assistance would be valuable in securing significant funding for global public health initiatives, it was a major mistake not to deeply scrutinize Epstein's conduct later on.

Bill Gates states that Epstein's attempts to influence him were unsuccessful, and that Epstein tried to use his personal information as a weapon. However, he mentions that these incidents had a severe impact on his family life, and that he regrets forming a friendship with someone like Epstein.

Mr. Gates also admitted that, in light of the latest information revealed about Epstein and the nature of the crimes he committed, maintaining a relationship with such an individual was a very serious mistake. He further stated that he strongly abhors Epstein's actions and is deeply disturbed by the women who suffered such abuses.
