A telephone conversation took place on Monday between UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding the Iranian attacks on the United Arab Emirates and several other Arab countries. During this discussion, attention was focused on regional security and military developments, and both leaders called for an immediate cessation of military actions to prevent further escalation of the conflict.Furthermore, they emphasized the importance of prioritizing diplomacy and dialogue in resolving crises.




Strongly condemning these attacks, leaders including Sierra Leonean President Julius Maada Bio, President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno of the Republic of Chad, President Félix Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Senegalese President Bassirou Diomaye Faye also made phone calls to the President of the United Arab Emirates. The Sierra Leonean President stated that these actions violate international law and the principles of the United Nations. Additionally, North Macedonian Prime Minister Christian Mickoski and Kenyan President Dr. William Samoei Ruto also condemned the Iranian attacks and expressed their support and solidarity for measures to ensure the security and stability of the United Arab Emirates.

Meanwhile, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, and the United States jointly issued a statement strongly condemning Iran's missile and drone attacks. The statement indicates that these attacks targeted sovereign territories in the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq, posing a severe threat to civilians and infrastructure. They point out that Iran's actions constitute a dangerous situation that threatens regional stability and violates sovereignty.




The Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held its 50th special meeting via video conference on Sunday. During the meeting, the extensive damage caused to civilian facilities and residential areas by the Iranian attacks was reviewed, and the Council stated that this situation threatens the lives of citizens and has created fear among the people.
