A group of Evangelical religious leaders gathered in the Oval Office of the White House on March 05 to pray for American President Donald Trump and for the success of the war launched against Iran. This prayer service, which has become an annual ritual, was organized by Paula White-Cain, a well-known television evangelist and head of the White House Office of Faith and Opportunity Initiatives.

According to videos released by the White House and on social media, about twenty people can be seen around the President. Prominent religious leaders such as Robert Jeffress, Ralph Reed, and Gary Bauer, as well as Tom Mullins, founder of Christ Fellowship Church in South Florida, participated in the event. Mullins, who led the prayer, wished God's grace and protection upon the President and all members serving in the armed forces. He also appealed for the President to be given the strength needed to unite the nation once again.

Nate Schatzline, leader of Mercy Culture Church, who joined the event, stated that it was a great honor to pray for the President. He further mentioned in a post on the X (formerly Twitter) social media network that Trump has done more for the religious community, religious freedom, and future generations than any other president in American history. Meanwhile, Ralph Reed of the Faith and Freedom Coalition described this prayer service as an opportunity to seek God's support for the American military's attacks against Iran. He praised Trump's courageous decision to strike a terrorist regime and wished freedom for the Iranian people.
