Mongolia - The closure of schools causes poor educational attainment for children

The educational attainment of many Mongolian children was affected by the spike of Covid and consequently the closure of schools and kindergartens for the second year in a row, as the academic years 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 were postponed. 

Parents of students pointed out that although their children watch and follow their lessons via television and Internet However, they suffer from severe poor academic achievement.
