Dr. Samitha brings bronze medal to Sri Lanka

Dr. Samitha Samanmali who was incapacitated as a result of an accident which occured during the course of an exhibition held at Colombo Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall 11 years before this has challenged fate and brought pride to Sri Lanka in the international rowing competition. 

In the women's rowing event Dr. Samitha Samanmali was successful in clinching the bronze award
for Sri Lanka. In this competition for men's even a silver medal for Sri Lanka was grabbed by M.P. Jayakody. Incidentally, the BMICH board of administration was called upon to pay a huge amount of 18 crores by winning the court case filed by Samitha Samanmali for having been subjected to an accident aunder unanticipated circumstances at the time she was a medical student. She by now is in fact a doctor and has excelled in the above-mentioned feat while engaged in the regatta being presently held in South Korea.
