Building donated to temple to mark 3rd month almsgiving of father ... by Madush 'Loku putha'

The incident which came into much discussion among the media 5 months before was the event praise and respect was afforded on the occasion of the bereavement of Makandure Madush on a grand scale with flowers being sprinkled from helicopters.

Though the father of Madush had left him when he was just a small child and had got himself involved in another marriage. However it is in the above manner that respect was paid on behalf of paternal affection. Madush's father had died of a road accident. In the meantime, the third month
almsgiving of the father was scheduled for last December and Makandure Madush has taken steps to have a building put up and donate it to the village temple rather speedily. The building for which Rs. 6 crores was spent from the monies earned unlawfully is seen here. On it was mentioned 'Loku putha'; instead of the name Madush.
