Political upheaval ... Alliance out from government ... Mahinda Rajapaksa sworn in as Prime Minister

Minister Mahinda Amaraweera, general secretary of United People's Freedom Alliance announced to the media this evening, the 6th that they have decided to pull away from the government. He also informed that action is being taken already to inform the Speaker about this.
The UNP and UPFA launched on a coalition of one year in 2015. It was carried on without further extension laying off in the midst of numerous obstacles in the form of contradictions and dates. With
the advent of this change, a tug-of-war between the two major political parties would come into play between the two most leading political parties of the UNP and the UPFA in order to set up the majority to maintain the government while in the next few days several political upheavals are possible to emerge in that connection, it has been predicted.

It is reported that operations are in the offing that an attempt has been made to obtain the support of 22 UNP members of parliament towards their own party at the background of this political upheaval which paved the way for motivating Mahinda Rajapaksa being sworn in as Prime Minister. As such, it is reported that UPFA would be able to show majority parliament power in parliament in the near future when the House meets in the near future. In the meantime, it was reported that the support of Muslim leaders such as Hakeem and Rishad would go to Mahinda.

News from reliable sources keep streaming in to the effect that a short while ago former President Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa had taken his oaths as the new Prime Minister at President's Office in the presence of President Maithripala Sirisena.
