IGP stuck in Dalada Maligawa because door was not opened!

An incident was reported of an instance where Inspector General of Police Mr. Pujith Jayasundera who had visited the Kandy Dalada Maligawa yesterday the 1st, dressed in white with the motive of receiving blessings then happened to stand outside for a short time  because the door leading to the entrance

of the special cubicle where the Daladawa was. Though the IGP was hoping to gain access to the said cubicle across that door, it was closed at that time and it was opened at the scheduled time. Though he had in fact knocked several times asking that the door be opened, the door was opened after that.
