Mahindananda, Rohitha, Romesh Pathirana, Namal, Sisira Jayakody, Heshan Semasingha, Johnston, Vijitha Berugoda, Janaka Wakkumbira, Kanchana Wijesekera and Arundika Fernando joined in with Mahinda on bicycles for this protest while Dinesh, Piyal Nishantha, Bandula and Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena had arrived in hackeries. Before the budget was to be forwarded, MP Mr. Dinesh brought forward a clause in relation to the obstruction carried out on Mahinda's bicycle.
