Leader of Janatha Nidahas Peramuna, Wimal Weeravansha who presently is under remand celebrated his 47th birthday today (7) when he got the opportunity of attending the parliamentary session since today happened to be the date for parliament proceedings and when he came to the parliament from Magazine Prisons.

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, wife Sashi Weeravansha, the daughter and son including the group of MPs of the United Opposition joined in to felicitate the occasion by cutting the cake at parliament MP's restaurant.
