Shooting at vehicle of SAITM Chief Administrator ... role acting?

A tense situation is to be observed these days about the issue pertaining to private medical colleges and in the process gunshots have been targeted at the vehicle of the Chief Executive of that institution where 4 gunshots have pierced the vehicle and the said officer has been admitted to hospital in a state of shock which however has created a sense of suspicion for some people that it was a role-play to change the opinion of the
public with the motive of winning their sympathy. 

After this incident was reported last night, a bulk of comments of readers has gone further by intensifying that suspicion. Published below is a cross-section of comments which portray the manner in which they understood the said incident in a sarcastic and suspicious way.

I saw with my own two eyes ... it was Carlo Fonseka who was at the back of that bicycle with a full-face helmet ... like a mad man ... just like a mad man ... kept shooting and shooting

Yes men, I also saw "very clearly" from that video ... a son of an elite person was there on that bicycle. But the video has to be sent to Canada ... because the scenes aren't clear. Nothing can be identified.

Children of all thug politicians (both parties) and others (like bus-Gemunu) are in SAITM. This is just an act. Nothing has happened to people who were inside the vehicle. But, beware same thing might happen to the SAITM against party with serious damages. This might be the step 01 of that plan

These fellows appear to be truly clever gunmen. No damage to person inside. Windscreen in smithereens. Actually this gentleman may have really got scared for the scene. If by chance it struck a wrong place it's not to Neville Fernando that he should have gone to save the life. Only to a government hospital.

Whether the shooting has occured when the vehicle was in motion or not isn't stated in this news item. But from my past experiences I conclude that this happened when the vehicle was stopped. To a large extent at a time when nobody was at the driving seat. What do you think abut this Watson?

I think this is the first person who faced shooting from a gunman and escaped even without a scrape. Eh .. so fools why is this fellow in hospital ... if there's not even a wound ... now should be kept in hiding under security. Even a bogus thing ... do it correctly.

So happy to see public are not stupid. SAITM has become a film producer. Any idiot would understand the purpose of these kind of drama is to hide their low standard as a university and get public compassion. Nevil is a businessman and imagine how he can prove giving education to nearly 1000 doctors with 180 patients. Any other medical faculty students variety of patients including general medicine, surgical, paediatric, gynaecology, obstetrics, emergency medicine and also primary care level medicine. He opened a shop without having any of this having offered the degree to people without advanced level exam. Now claim that government has to give access to patients in government hospitals? Common Sri Lankan public open your eyes and stand for your lives. I'm a doctor living overseas and I would love to serve my country but would never fee like coming back after seeing how people try to bring our profession down. Mind you our medical education has a very good reputation in the western world. I hope we can keep its quality ... anything that involves politics to corrupt the quality of medical practice in Sri Lanka !!!

For that what our village boys say is vede athepaththu.
