It has been revealed during an year end audit of a front line Minister the personnel assistant secretary had been called for an interrogation.The reason had been that this secretary had recorded statistics in green colour pen.Usually in government duties the colours of pens used are usually black and blue and in special instances to highlight facts red are used.The green pens

are usually used by audit inspectors only.

It is reported that this private assistant secretary had used the green pen through the entire year.When he was questioned he had said he is always green,even if he is cut still it is red.That is why this had happened he had lamented.
