Basil too attends first meeting of 'Pohottuwa'

The initial media meeting of the Sri Lanka Podu Jana Peramuna which is supposed to have been created by the United Opposition was held today at the former President's Co-ordinating office at
Nelum Mawatha, Battaramulla. 

The Party Chairman former Minister G.L. Pieris, Secretary and Attorney-at-Law Sagara Kariyawasam had been present there while former Minister Basil Rajapaksa joined in as the first member. Mainda Rajapaksa was not present. The premises was decorated with lotus buds.
