The other day in Kandy, Kanda junction in Keppitiyawa while laying pipe lines the workmen had mysteriously found a naturally formed tunnel  that had formed owing to the dissolving of limestone.This has been confirmed as a natural phenomenon and not constructed by anyone

collectively.

This fact has been confirmed by the officers of the central province archaeological department after they had conducted investigations after information in regard to the tunnel was informed. as many had assumed that it would be the work of ancient Kings
