Semi conscious Jayalalitha decides to relinquish her powers

It is reported that the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Jayalalitha Jayaram  who has been in state of semi consciousness in the Apollo hospital during the past several weeks has decided to relinquish all her powers and responsibilities from her post. The powers and responsibilities have been vested to the deputy chief minister of Tamil Nadu state.This announcement has been made by the state

She was initially admitted to the Apollo hospital in Chennai on the 22nd of September in a serious condition.About her present condition no one has yet disclosed.Some are of the view that she has passed away.

On a previous occasion when she was arrested 140 persons had committed suicide,Hence the authorities do not like to convey the real condition of her due to this reason.
