Five including Duminda, Dematagoda Chaminda sentenced to death

In the Bararatha Lakshman Premachandra murder case  according to the verdict  five including Duminda Silva have been proved guilty.They have been sentenced to death according to the verdict of the courts.

The five named guilty are the former Member of Parliament

Duminda Silva,Anura Thushara de Mel,Chaminda Ravi Jayanath,Janaka Bandara Galagoda and Sarath Bandara.

Although four of them had attended courts Janaka Bandara Galagoda had abstained from attending .He is found missing .The case had been heard in his absence. in courts. Chaminda Ravi Jayanath is the famous Dematagoda Chamida also known as "Kudu Chaminda" is a person who is accused of a number of crimes that are been investigated.

Dematagoda Chaminda along with Duminda Silva and others were sentenced to death.
