Wimal questions on the Rs 21 lakhs dresses of Arjun Mahendran

At a media briefing held at the headquarters of the National Freedom Front  at Pita Kotte the leader of the national Freedom Alliance Member of parliament Wimal Weerawansa had expressed his views on the dresses of Central Bank of Sri Lanka Governor

Arjun Mahendran.

The question he had raised was that a sum of rupees twenty one lakhs had been spent on the dresses of the Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka .He had wanted to find out whether these dresses were turned out of gold.Wimal Weerawansa had said that according to the news reaching him it appears that this sum had been utilized for some other purpose. This fact according to Wimal Weerawansa most employees of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka know.

The leader of the NFF Wimal Weerawansa had quipped at the media conference that if he steps into the office of the Governor at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka he would be able to find out.
