Pubudu arrested for protesting for Kumar Gunaratnam

The media spokesman of the Frontline Socialist party Pubudu Jagoda and member of the Frontline Socialist party Sujith Kuruwita have been arrested by the Maradana

Police.

These two had protested outside the office of the department of Immigration and Emigration on the 01st April after Kumara Gunaratnam was remanded on a passport issue.During the protest they had damaged the properties of the Immigration and Emigration department located at Punchi Borella.

Pubudu Jagoda and Sujith Kuruwita have been arrested by the Maradana Police and are to be produced before the Magistrate of the Maligawatta Magistrates courts.
