The divisional secretary of Colombo Sunil Kannangara has issued a communique to those who may have left residencies or the work places owing to the incessant rain or floods and are living in different locations to inform the Grama Niladhari's of the respective

areas .These particulars obtained by such personnel need to be furnished to the divisional secretariat Colombo as these particulars would be considered important.

In the event those who have left  their homes and work places on account of heavy rains and floods are unable to contact the Grama Niladhari's of those areas they are living in should ring the number 1919 to convey this information the divisional secretary Colombo had added.
