Chameera also to return owing to a spine injury,no cricket for four months
The Sri Lnaka's new find Test fast bowler incidentally the quickest who is touring with the Sri Lanka cricket team now in England. The Sri Lanka Cricket has announced that Chameera for a spine ache had been subjected to a scan investigation in England.The doctors had recommended him to rest for four months and to be away from cricket for a period of four months and is due to be flown back to Sri Lanka.
He is the second quick bowler who had suffered an injury after the injury to the premier fast bowler Dhammika Prasad, Kusal Janith Perera was flown to England as a replacement although he is not a quick bowler.
In place of Dushmantha Chameera another replacement has to be made in the next 24 hours.
It is pertinent to mention that another fast bowler Lasith Malinga is also sidelined with a knee injury and would not be able to take part in cricket also for a couple of months as per instructions of doctors.
