Mathews is out of today's T/20 WC encounter against South Africa

The final match  the Sri Lanka team has to play in the ICC world T/20 tournament is  against South Africa team today the 28th instant at the Ferosha Kotla stadium in New Delhi.For this encounter skipper Angelow Mathews would not participate.

The reason was that Angelow Mathews sustained a cramp while batting against England the other day and had been subjected to a scanning to ascertain the damage caused.

It is also reported that the pace bowler Dushmantha Chameera also would not play and in his place Suranga Lakmal is scheduled to play.

In the absence of skipper Angelow Mathews ,Dinesh Chandimal would skipper the side.

Whatever the result of this game is no side go any further as the semi finalists have already been determined.
