Our national flag undergoes strange change ....
for Sri Lanka-Pakistan collaboration
A strange type of national flag combined with the Pakistan national flag displaying an abnormal decoration minus the the four Bo-
leaves at the four corners with the two coloured stripes signifying the minorities which should be depicted in the Sri Lankan National Flag is to be seen these days in the City of Colombo being used for propaganda purposes and it has been subjected to a source of dialogue.
This has been prepared to publicize the Sri Lanka-Pakistan Collaboration International Exhibition to be held at Colombo Bandaranaike Memorial International Hall from the 15th upto the 17th this month under the theme "Exchange of Heritage" , it was understood. Sometime back the law has been exercised over the national flag being distorted and this particular change too can be identified as one such distortion and this was the opinion of most people. Under the rules and regulations enforced in respect of displaying the national flag under the constitution, it is prohibited to display a national flag which has been distorted or damaged or disfigured.
