mentioned there is a story relating to a rakish behaviour of a certain Minister.

The Minister who is a bit stout and is not that tall and has now exceeded even 60 years.He seems to show a desire to associate females around the age of twenty or twenty-two, the article states. In this case it is a lady-doctor aged 27 years that he has got round these days, it says. It is also understood that he has even purchased a house for her close to Diyawanna Oya.
