The Member of Parliament of the Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna Vijitha Herath had questioned in Parliament  today the 15th that the Minister of Finance Ravi Karunanayake had read out on budget proposal and the Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe had read out another and had wanted to find out which one is the correct one.

Then the leader of the house and Minister Lakshman Kiriella had got up and said what is going on in the Parliament is the preliminary debate and what the Prime Minister had announced are only the amendments to the initial budget proposals for 2016.
