Mortal remains of Ven. Sobitha Thera to Sri Lanka tonight

The  mortal remains of the Most Venerable Maduluwawe Sobitha thera  the Chief Incumbent of Kotte Rajamaha viharaya who passed away at a hospital in Singapore would be brought to Sri Lanka tonight and  arrangements have been made to conduct  his final rites  with state honours.

His remains are to be flown to Sri Lanka arriving on a flight at 9.15 pm and would be placed at a private Jayaratne Funeral Parlour today the 08th instant and would be taken to the Kotte Rajamaha  Viharaya at 2am on the 09th instant to his temple at which he is the Chief Incumbent
