Today at 9.30 am a special cabinet meeting is to be held under the leadership of the President Maithripala Sirisena to discuss details of

the propose budget speech to be delivered today at 2 pm in Parliament.

This meeting has been organised to have all facts ready for the budget proposals presented to be passed in Parliament was added by the Minister of Parliament reforms , mass media, and cabinet spokesman Gayantha Karunatilleke.
