Wele Suda's sister nabbed with drugs 

The famous drug peddler  Wele Suda for charges against drug trafficking was sentenced to death by courts.It is learnt that the sister of Wele Suda and a gang is continuing his drug trafficking business.She and her associates have been nabbed by the Borella Police  personnel along with drugs.

Four suspects along with Wele Suda's sister have been apprehended by the police with drugs in their possession. The value of the 'heroin' captured  by the Police has been valued at over  rupees twenty lakhs 

The officer in charge of the Borella Police station Pragathi Nilmini Abeysinghe and his team had conducted raids in search of drugs and initially a suspect had been apprehended on the  morning of the 20th instant.

On the information obtained by him another drug pedlar in Obesekarapura Rajagiriya had been apprehended with 40 grams of 'heroin' with his motor car. On interrogation the Police had got the information that the business is handled by the sister of Wele Suda.

Accordingly, Wele Suda's sister and three others had been named along Baseline Road Borella with ten grams of heroin in their possession. When questioned she had confessed that she is hiding and running her brother's  drug business. These suspects it is reported that are been questioned until the 26th instant.
