Sri Lanka's Tharindu Kaushal issued a warning not to bowl his 'doosra' from ICC

Sri Lanka's new leg spin and googly bowler Tharindu Kaushal has been issued with a waring letter by the officials of the International cricket council.

They have concluded that his leg spin bowling action is legal and that he could continue to bowl. However when he is delivering the 'doosra' delivery his wrist turns more that 15 degrees which is not permissible and is illegal.

Accordingly Tharindu Kaushal has been cautioned not to deliver his 'doosra' deliveries in international matches. His bowling action had been perused at the Chennai Sri Ramakrishna University who had informed of the outcome of the investigations to the ICC.
