Summons served to Minister Chandrani Bandara's mother and son

The District Magistrate of Anuradhpura Indika Attanayake on the 16th instant has instructed to serve summons to the Minister of women and child affairs Chandrani Bandara's mother and son together to

the  wife of north central Minister of irrigation S.B Semasinghe and five others to appear before courts on the 26th October.

This is because after considering a complaint made by a former Minister DAMS Adhikari that they have forcibly entered into a land belonging to the former minister and are constructing an unauthorised building.
