MG Dhanushka bailed out for singing songs of MS Fernando

A case had been file against the Derana Dream Star season 05 winner MG Dhanushka by the son of famous 'baila' singer MS Fernando's son Sarath Fernando who had sung the famous song of MS

Fernando "His Tin Ekak" at the final and then by singing it repeatedly at variety shows and earning money.

The case has been filed against the usage of personal property of others used for financial gain.When the case was heard today the Chief Magistrate of the Colombo Magistrates courts Gihan Pilapitiya who had instructed to bail MG Dhanushka with a body bail of rupees five lakhs.
