Kadawatha-Kaduwela express highway to be opened to public today

The newly constructed express highway between Kadawatha and Kaduwela which is 9 kilometres in length would be opened today from 9 pm was expressed by the secretary of the highways ministry

D.C.Dissanayake.He has added as this highway has been constructed along the Kelani river the traffic congestion in Kaduwela area would be reduced to a great extent.

This a phase of the proposed  circular highway to be constructed around Colombo city.
