Duminda's supporter killed and two admitted  to hospital

It is reported that when some supporters of Minister Duminda Dissananayke had been

engaged in election propaganda activities in the Rambewa area in Anuradhapura district when a lorry had knocked down a few of the supporters. One of them had died on the spot while two others had received serious injuries.

The supporter's body who succumbed to his injuries has been sent to the district hospital in Rambewa for a post mortem while the two injured had been sent to be treated at the Anuradhapura hospital.

It is yet to ascertain whether this had been a true accident or some opposite faction had purposely knocked down the supporters of Duminda Dissananayke.
