Champika wins 02 while 06 exit

In the concluded general election under the Champika Ranawaka’s united  eksath good

governance front eight members had contested  from various districts. Out of the only 02 had won while o6 had been eliminating depriving entering the parliament.

Only those were elected were the leader Patali Champika ranawaka from Colombo district and Karunaratna Paranavithana from Ratnapura district.

Those who could not win and enter the parliament were :

1 Nishantha Sri Warnasinghe ( Kalutara district)

2.M/.s Nirosha Atukorale ( Gampaha district)

3.Senadhi Atukorale ( Gampaha district)

4.Karunaratne Pallegama ( Tricomalee district)

5.Ajit Seneviratne ( Kegalle district)

6.Amila Priyantha ( Anuradhapura district)

The name of the Jathika Hela Urumaya was changed to United good governance front and the general Secretary of the new party is Patali Champika Ranawaka.
