Bishop Rayappu Joseph to Singapore for treatment

The catholic Bishop of Mannar, Rayappu Joseph had been ailing for about three months.As his

condition was not becoming satisfactory it had been decided to take him to a hospital in Singapore for treatment.

Ir is reported that Tamils living abroad had decided to raise  funds and made it possible for him to be taken to Singapore.He had been taken to Singapore a week ago.

It is also learnt that for his treatment in the Singapore hospital for a month it would cost about a billion rupees for a month.
