VERY STRANGE! HOW CAN I BE NOT GIVEN NOMINATIONS?

Not being given nominations from any Party this time for him Mervin Silva says, is a matter for amazement. Expressing ideas to a
newspaper what he said was that he has no charges of corruption and no cases against him in courts and that he has been exonerated and set free from the Sri Lanka Freedom Party Disciplinary Committee; therefore he does not know any reason whatsoever as to why he is not given nominations. He also says that upto now he has not been informed about this. He points out that 3 members of his family were killed during the past period of terror because he was actively involved with the Sri Lanka Freedom Party. What has happened to him now, he remarks is a situation like a farmer who is ready to start farming is being deprived of water.
