The Ministers are to be charged for the vehicles used by them in election work 

The H E President Maithripala Sirisena has ordered the secretaries of

the ministries to charge for the vehicles used by the Ministers of the present caretaker government for their election campaigns. The Prime Minister Ranil Wickramasinghe of this caretaker government  has proposed this matter to President.

The police strength assigned for the security of the Ministers of the caretaker government has been reduced to half it is reported.
