The Supreme Court orders to let loose the squabble in the 19th amendment to constitutional reforms

All petitions made to Supreme courts on the 19th amendment to the constitution were perused by

the Chief Justice yesterday Monday the 06th.He had objected to nominating president when a national flag has been chosen to symbolize national unity in the new constitutional reforms.

By making the Chief Justice the overall head of the cabinet it should assumed that the executive powers vested on the president given by the peoples mandate would be pruned drastically. The Chief Justice had wanted a clause in that respect to be amended.

The Chief Justice K.Sri Pawan would be sending his suggestions to the speaker in the parliament for implementation.
