“Potta Naufer" first in New Year sport ‘musical cards’ in Prison
The suspect ‘Potta’ Naufer alias M.N.Naufer who has been sentenced to life imprisonment is serving his
sentence at the prison in Badulla .He was accused in the murder of Supreme Court judge Sarath Ambepitiya.It is reported that he has come first in the musical cards contest similar to musical chairs held in connection with the Sinhala and Tamil New Year celebrations.
Naufer who is having only one eye.His success in becoming the winner in this musical cards contest was highly hailed by the other prison mates in the Badulla prison.
