when they lost badly to South Africa at the SCG,the duo Mahela Jayawardena and Kumar Sangakkara bid 'adieu' to ODI cricket as announced earlier that they would quit from ODI cricket at the end of the world cup.The world super star cricketer Sachin Tendulkar was high praise for the duo when he made a wonderful Twitter message hailing the two for been such a force with Sri Lanka cricket.

Sachin Tendulkar had wished the two wonderful ambassadors who were greats both on and off the field.
