Serious complaints by Mervin to CID against Basil and Gotabhaya!

Minister Mervin Silva who created sensational news during Mahinda regime forwarded a host of serious
allegations in documentary form  against Mahinda Rajapaksha's brothers Gotabhaya and Basil by going to the Colombo CID in the company of an attorney-at-law. Among these complaints he said that there are cases of murder and charges against financial fraud. On that occasion he addressed the media and said that he respected Mahinda but has no confidence about Basil and Gotabhaya who 'pinched' him during the last stages.

The former Minister Mervin Silva had gone to file action in the company of Attorney-at-Law Ananda Hettiarachchi and the ideas he expressed on that occasion is as follows: "The first thing I came to the CID to say that all murders which took place is the Lasantha Wickramatunga murder, Bharatha Lakshman murder, Ragama Loku Seeya murder; and the author of the 'white van' culture is Gotabhaya Rajapaksha. It was with his knowledge that all these murders took place.  I say with responsibility .... for whom should I be scared .... ... if at all, I'll be killed ... there's no problem even if my life is lost after telling the truth .... if there's any complaint .... bring it forward .... why ....  have I raped women .... have I been involved in any fraud. I say with responsibility that the attacks on Sirasa and Siyatha was with the knowledge of Mr. Gotabhaya Rajapaksha. Basil has a hotel in Dubai called Marriot Hotel. There's a person called Nandana .. the owner of Oruwala Steel .... who's is that hotel?  Then there's a 20 acre hotel in Thanamalwila .... it is under the goodwill of his uncle. Then there's a house of 23 acres in Malwana, Biyagama. It was built by a company.  It is Mr. Basil Rajapaksha's. Then the house and office at Orutota .... that also was built by a company.  Then the shares at Galle Face is his wife's.  Here's some more in this file .... he pulled away 600 crores from the Divineguma. (Is there evidence?) If there's no evidence, will I say this.. the whole of Sri Lanka knows this ... the others are scared of this .... I am not frightened ....

Then, those safes taken in vans have been transported. One lakh, two lakhs, three lakhs .... given to Provincial Councils and District Councils as if those things are his mother's legacy .... money of the Treasury.... if banks are broken .... will go to jail. This is the Treasury that has been broken. I am telling these things because they have no 'kengediya' which they can do to me. I joined Maithree's 'yahapaalanaya' before any of you'll joined. At the start it was I, Ravi, Rajitha and Janaka who discussed.

I know Mahinda Rajapaksha from Beliatta itself. These two brothers are not those whom I met on this journey of samsara. It is two of thm who have joined  by chance on the way. My son was made to be assaulted by Yoshitha Rajapaksha. By a Captain called Tissa. After assaulting he was taken to be murdered. Because he knows to escape.... he escaped. That Odel incident ... all the CCTV cameras were jammed up. When the white man assaulted my son and he was injured, Gotahyaya called and told the CCD not to release this fellow now itself .... to keep till the election .... otherwise Mervin Silva will jump to that side.

Mervin Silva finished this story by saying that he is from Beliatta in Ruhuna and that after this action he might have to face problems and members of his family might have to face problems.

He finally said that he is saying these things not with the idea of taking revenge, and that if he was to do so .... there are other methods, and that he does this for the prevailing government and for politicians of some day to understand things. He also said that when he leaves after saying these things, a bomb could be thrown at him and that even if he dies.... he would die as a lion and not as a human being.
