TURTLE WITH HAIR AT GALGAMUWA

Turtle found at Nanneriya tank with ‘rare ’hair on its shell:

Even though, we have heard about turtles we haven’t ever heard about turtles with hair. This rare turtle that had had thick hair on its shell was found at Galgamuwa, in Siyambalawa area.
It was reported that the length of the hair was about one and half inches.
This turtle has been caught by one H.P Bandara when he had gone fishing at Nanneriya tank.
