AN IMITATION LARGE RING FOUND INSIDE A LUNCH PACKET

A ring found inside a lunch packet sold by a branch of a  renowned chain of Restaurants in Thimbirigasyaya.

Today from a lunch parcel purchased from ‘Sensal’ restaurant at Thimbirigasyaya. This restaurant branch is just one branch in a chain of renowned restaurants in this country. A lunch parcel had been purchased by a client working in a office in the vicinity and had consumed it inside his office. For his astonishment and surprise he had found a fairly large imitation ring embedded within his lunch parcel. He had been placed in a very embarrassing and unpleasant situation.
He had brought the lunch packet to complain about it to the notice of the Manager of the ‘Sensali’ restaurant at Thimbirigasyaya. This incident had taken place today (3rd).He too could not believe it. He had profusely apologised to their valued client. What is shown below is the related video:


After hearing about this news in our web site the Managing Director of ‘Sensali’ chain of restaurants, Roshan Hettiarachchi without any hesitation contacted us and aired his views on this matter,which is of grave concern to his establishment.
“After the incident was reported he had questioned the Manager of the particular restaurant. He admitted the fact that there had been an imitation ring in that lunch parcel which was brought back to us for perusal. He had promised to probe into the matter and apologised to the valued client. The Managing Director quipped that we had made a lot commitment, hard work and perseverance to bring our chain of “Sensali’ restaurants to very high standards to the entire customer satisfaction. All precautions are taken in the preparation and packing of lunch parcels. An incident of this nature is very unfortunate to tarnish our good image. I cannot say that this incident is 100% accurate or not. In the hotel trade such incidents could happen. We have no intention in competing with more renowned institutions. We do have strong competitors. It is customary for our people to find faults. I am very upset and sad over the entire unfortunate episode.”
