ROSHEN’S FATHER’S STATEMENT DISTORTED BY GOVERNMENT MEDIA

The Government sources it is learnt are blaming the JVP activists for organising the demonstrations at the recent Katunayake FTZ demonstrations which led to Roshen’s death.
Also it is learnt that a story told by Roshen’s father to the Dinamina journalists at the funeral house has been distorted, misinterpreted and published. The news that was published in the Dinamina paper is as follows.

“Because of disgusting ideas inserted into the minds of children, not only they but we as parents too suffer. Once they mature and come to understand better this type of incidents would not occur. This was confessed by Roshen’s (22) father Stanley Quintus Ratnasekera.”
